Close Encounters: Renegade Tours

This program is inspired by Andrea Fraser’s Museum Highlights: A Gallery Talk on view in Take It or Leave It. Kids are encouraged to think about what it’s like to be a tour leader at a museum. They will share their own ideas about a work of art through writing, close-looking, and role-playing activities led by artist and educator Amanda Yates Garcia.
